A person died early Sunday morning after being hit by a Muni train between Bayshore Boulevard and Sunnydale Avenue in San Francisco, police say.

Law enforcement officials and hearth division medics responded to the incident at 1:32 a.m. The person had reportedly been sitting on the couplers between two gentle rail automobiles whereas the train was at a cease. Because it lurched into movement once more, he fell underneath and was fatally struck by the second car.

The person was declared useless on the scene.

That is an ongoing investigation and the reason for dying has but to be decided.
