MODESTO (CBS13) — The Stanislaus County District Legal professional’s Workplace stated the Could 2018 in-custody demise of Alejandro Sanchez was unintentional.
Deputies stated Sanchez died after a wrestle with deputies within the parking zone of the Nation Lady Truck Cease alongside South seventh Avenue in Modesto. Sanchez reportedly flagged down some deputies for assist as a result of his truck wasn’t working.
As deputies investigated, they discovered the truck was not registered. The sheriff’s workplace stated Sanchez turned upset when he was advised he can be cited for lack of registration.

Shortly after, extra deputies have been known as to the scene to take the allegedly combative Sanchez into custody.
Whereas en path to the hospital to get checked out, the sheriff’s workplace stated he turned unresponsive and was pronounced useless on the hospital.
On Friday, the Stanislaus County District Legal professional stated the “the restricted use of pressure was justified” on this case.
